Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via +39 06 1234 5678. Orders can only be canceled before they have entered the preparation stage. Once your pizza has begun to be prepared, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel the order.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order with a detailed description of the issue. If we verify the mistake or quality concern, we may offer a replacement or a refund to your original method of payment. The amount refunded will be at the sole discretion of CocoaFields, and may vary depending on the specifics of the order and the issue reported.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policies, the credit may not immediately post to your account.
Non-refundable Items
Please be aware that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot provide refunds for non-defective, properly delivered items. Similarly, we cannot refund beverages, including soft drinks and lemonades, once they have been dispatched for delivery or picked up in-store.
Return Condition
Since we deal with perishable goods, we do not accept physical returns of items. However, if your delivery experience was unsatisfactory, please reach out to us with specific details, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
