'CocoaFields started with an ambition: to share real Neapolitan pizza in Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, the restaurant began as a quaint, family-owned venture, where recipes have been passed down for many years.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza during her time in Italy, where she apprenticed with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. Once back in the UK, her vision was to offer the essence of classic Italian pizza, employing age-old methods and premium components.
The journey from a humble 12-seat eatery to a crowd-favorite fixture hasn’t shifted our dedication to excellence and genuineness. We adhere to the traditional use of wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select ingredients of the utmost quality available.
Currently, 'CocoaFields' is still under the ownership and management of the Bianchi family's second generation, who continues to lead our fervent team. While new innovations have been adopted, the core mission of our business remains steadfast: handcrafting delectable, true-to-roots pizza that gathers friends and families at the table.
